Each product is accompanied by a certificate confirming the authenticity of the amber.

The jewelry is packaged in a decorative bag and box - perfect if you're looking for a ready-made gift.

Shipments are typically dispatched within 2 days of payment receipt via your chosen courier; the service includes tracking and delivery without requiring a signature upon receipt. If you prefer delivery requiring a signature, an additional fee applies- please contact us before selecting this option. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as the actual transport cost. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in accordance with local regulations; these costs are the buyer's responsibility. Amberstone Jewelry has no control over customs decisions or the amount of fees charged. Handling fees are fixed. We recommend combining items into a single order. It is not possible to combine two separate orders; shipping costs will be charged for each. Shipments are made at the customer's risk, though we take every precaution to properly protect fragile items.

We use boxes of appropriate dimensions to ensure effective protection of the contents.

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, complete with the original tag attached directly to the item, the original box, the certificate, and any accessories or free gifts included with the order. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned without the tag or packaging. If an order is returned without a free gift, we reserve the right to treat the missing gift as an item retained by the customer; In such a case, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that a mandatory condition for using our DHL return shipping label is that the item must be packed in the same protective cardboard box in which the decorative gift box was originally delivered. If different packaging is used, including a plastic shipping bag, DHL will apply an additional charge, which will be passed on to you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
