Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, complete with the original tag attached directly to the item, the original box, the certificate, and any accessories or free gifts included with the order. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned without the tag or packaging. If an order is returned without a free gift, we reserve the right to treat the missing gift as an item retained by the customer; In such a case, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
