We do our best to process your online order within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (excluding weekends and major holidays). Shipping and process fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs. All Amberstone Jewelry products are shipped from Poland.
Amberstone Jewelry offers two options for the delivery of your orders:

Delivery usually takes between 4 and 10 working days within Europe.
Estimated shipping times outside Europe:
North America: 10-21 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days
Express Mail Service (EMS) by Poczta Polska
Delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 working days.
We'll do our best to meet the shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you receive your Amberstone Jewelry product and discover that it is not what you were expecting, you may return it to us at your own expense. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will accept the return of goods within 14 days of you receiving them. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. We will then either replace it with a new Amberstone Jewelry product of your choice (at no cost to you for Standard Shipping) or we will refund your bank account - whichever you prefer.
Because of the nature of those items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
