Shipping & Returns
We do our best to process your online order within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (excluding weekends and major holidays). Shipping and process fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs. All Amberstone Jewelry products are shipped from Poland.
Amberstone Jewelry offers one option for the delivery of your orders:
Delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 working days.
Estimated shipping times outside Europe:
- North America: 3-6 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-8 business days
- Asia Pacific: 4-8 business days
The charge for Fedex delivery is €40 (EUR)
We'll do our best to meet the shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the your location and time required for custom clearance if applicable.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you receive your Amberstone Jewelry product and discover that it is not what you were expecting, you may return it to us at your own expense. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will accept the return of goods within 7 days of you receiving them. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. We will then either replace it with a new Amberstone Jewelry product of your choice.
If you choose an option no 2 refund instead of replacing other items , while refunding your international order, we must take into account costs we had, that we cannot recover from intermediaries such as banks , including PayPal, shipping companies, and our own service. Due to these facts the refund amount will be 80% of your total purchase.
Because of the nature of those items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
