Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes according to local regulations. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, along with the original tag placed directly on the product, the original box, the certificate, and all accessories and freebies, if any, included with the order.
If the returned product is returned without the tag or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the order is returned without the freebie, we reserve the right to treat the missing freebie as a product retained by the customer. In such a case, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
