Craftsman doesn’t change unique properties of amber. Production process consist of cutting amber to the right size, forming beads and then polishing them.
Also the weight is not the same in two almost identical pieces of amber stone or beads made of it. There are acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Amberstone Jewelry has no influence on the decisions of customs authorities or the amount of fees charged. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, along with the original tag placed directly on the product, the original box, the certificate, and all accessories and freebies, if any, included with the order.
If the returned product is returned without the tag or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the order is returned without the freebie, we reserve the right to treat the missing freebie as a product retained by the customer. In such a case, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
