Take a soft tailor's tape measure and wrap it around your hand at the widest point - where we show in the photo. Make sure the tape measure is snug against the skin but not pressing on it. The result is the circumference of your hand.

The second way is to measure the diameter of the bracelet. This will help you to choose the right size. Measure the distance between the center of the 2 furthest bones. This will give you the measurement of the bracelet diameter you need.
